The last look before closing, usually the day before or the morning of. It is not a second inspection — it is a check that the property is in the condition you agreed to buy, and that everything meant to stay is still here.

The resale counterpart to the PDI. A new-build buyer gets a formal pre-delivery inspection; a resale buyer gets this visit and whatever they think to check while standing there.
